I have been an artist in one form or another ever since I was a little girl.
Born in Australia I divided half my time between there and Greece whilst growing up which exposed me to the oldest and newest cultural influences in the world and made for a very diverse upbringing. When I was accepted into one of the coolest art schools in the world, which is housed in an old jam factory in Australia my path was set. There I completed a Bachelor of Fine Art degree and double majored in Photography and Painting.
Then I discovered body painting.. What a wonderful way to bring an artwork to life! It lives, it breathes and it is temporary, which makes it that extra bit exciting! I fell in love with it .
When I moved to London not only did I get to body paint full time but it also served as a platform for me to work within the rest of Europe as well.
I am extra proud to be sponsored by Mehron Uk who believe in me enough to trust me with their brand and I often represent them at the World bodypainting championships, European bodypainting competitions and many others. I have won first place at the French bodypainting awards in 2018 and at the Australian body art festival in 2012 as well as placed 6th in the world . That was very exciting for me and it confirmed that I'm on the right path.
I mean, I get to travel, spread colour, meet all sorts of fun people and put smiles on faces through doing something that I love…what other way is there to live?”
